Regional Level-Most Wanted Person Nabbed in Tanza, Cavite

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite — Through the intensified intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Tanza Municipal Police Station, a Regional Level Most Wanted Person was arrested on June 02, 2023, in Brgy. Daang Amaya 1, Tanza, Cavite.
The Officer-In-Charge of Tanza MPS, PMAJ Dennis A Villanueva, identified the suspect as Diosdado Pitagan y Bioborda, 61 years old and resident of Brgy. Bunga, Tanza, Cavite, wanted for the crime of Murder/Frustrated Murder.
After close monitoring and surveillance, the suspect was arrested through the police operation of Tanza MPS. Pitagan was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder/Frustrated Murder under Criminal Case Number TMCR-116-15, TMCR-117-15 issued by RTC, 4th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Trece Martires City Cavite, with No bail and two hundred thousand pesos (Php200,000.00) bail recommended.
The suspect is now under the custody of Tanza MPS for documentation and proper disposition.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite - PCol Christopher F Olazo, Provincial Director, Cavite PPO announced the arrest of 1 MWP Provincial Level and 53 individuals in the daily anti-criminality operations.
In the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, 22 personalities were arrested in 10 buy-bust operations conducted. Police operatives confiscated 44 pieces of a plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia.
In the campaign against Wanted Persons, one (1) Most Wanted Person Provincial Level was arrested by Dasmariñas CPS for the crime of Homicide while four (4) other wanted persons were arrested for the crime of Qualified Theft, RA 9165 and Less Serious Physical Injuries.
In the campaign against illegal gambling, twenty-two (22) were arrested while engaging in “Cara y Cruz, Mahjong and Tong-its.” Operatives confiscated three (3) decks of playing cards, six (6) pieces of one peso coin, two (2) sets of Mahjong tiles, one piece of marker, and bet money amounting to Php3,525.00 pesos.
In eight focus crimes and other incidents, five (5) individuals were arrested. Bacoor CCPS arrested two (2) for the crime of Trespass to Dwelling and RIR resulting in Damages of Property and Physical Injury; Tanza MPS arrested one (1) for RIR Serious Physical Injury; Naic MPS arrested two (2) for the crime of Adultery and Kawit MPS arrested one (1) for Unjust Vexation.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite—PCol Christopher F Olazo, Provincial Director, announces the arrest of four individuals in a buy-bust operation and confiscation of more or less 380 grams of suspected illegal drugs conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit of Bacoor City Police Station in Brgy. Molino 2, Bacoor City, Cavite on the evening of May 12, 2023.
The Acting Chief of Police of Bacoor City Police Station, PLTCOL Ruther Saquilayan identified the suspects as George Castor, 54 , resident of Brgy Molino 3; Jerome Gacayan, 35 y/o, resident of Brgy Molino 1; Jefferson Molano, 36, single, and Roberto Marinduque, 54, both were resident of Brgy Molino 2, Bacoor City, Cavite.
Confiscated in the possession of the suspect were more or less 380 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of Php2,622,000.00 pesos including the non-drug evidence: one (1) piece of 1000 peso genuine bill used as buy-bust money, one (1) red eco bag, and one (1) cellular phone.
The arrested suspect was brought to Bacoor CPS for proper disposition while the illegal drugs and non-drug evidence will be turned-over to Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit for examination.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite—PCol Christopher F Olazo,Provincial Director, announces the arrest of Ronnie Ramos and the confiscation of more or less 25 grams of suspected illegal drugs in a joint buy-bust operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Cavite PPO, and Imus City Police Station in Brgy. Pasong Buaya 2, Imus City, on the evening of April 16, 2023.
The suspect was identified as Ronnie Ramos, 40, and a resident of Brgy. Anabu 2D, Imus City, Cavite.
Confiscated in the possesion of Ramos during the operation were two (2) transparent plastic containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing MOL 25 grams with a DDB street value amounting to Php 172,500.00.
Ramos is facing charges for violations of Section 5 (Sale, Trading, Administration, Dispensation, Delivery, Distribution, and Transportation of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals) and Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The arrested suspect was appraised of his constitutional rights and is now under the custody of Imus City Police Station, while the recovered pieces of evidence will be turned over to the Cavite Forensic Unit for examination.

In the relentless campaign against wanted persons, CIDG Cavite PFU arrested the Regional Level-Most Wanted Person for the crime of Statutory Rape under Art 266-A (1D) of the RPC (6 counts); meanwhile, five (5) other wanted persons were arrested for RA 7610, Robbery, Slight Physical Injury, Serious Physical Injury, and City Ordinance.

Dasmariñas CPS Foils Attempted Shipment of Suspected Shabu

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite- On April 11, 2023, the Dasmariñas City Police Station (CPS) received a report of an attempted shipment of illegal drugs in one of the LBC branches located in Brgy. Paliparan 3, Dasmariñas City. Immediately, Intel operatives and City Drug Enforcement Unit responded to verify the veracity of reports and recovered 32 plastic sachets of suspected shabu with a total weight of 39.00 grams and an estimated value of Php255,300.00.
The witness identified the suspect as Mark Catembuan attempted to send a parcel to the province of Occidental Mindoro. Upon inspecting the suspect's bubble wrap, the witness discovered the illegal substance in between two items of clothing. When questioned, the suspect did not respond and immediately left the premises. The witness sought police assistance, leading to the recovery of the evidence.
The Dasmariñas CPS operatives are conducting a follow-up operation to apprehend the suspect, who is currently at large. We urges the public to report any information that may lead to the arrest of the suspect and encourages everyone to remain vigilant against illegal drugs.

In the relentless campaign against wanted persons, Amadeo MPS arrested Rank no. 7 Most Wanted Person- Provincial Level for crime of Acts of Lasciviousness, Article 336 of RPC in relation to RA 7610; Bacoor CPS arrested Provinal Level MWP for Crime of Rape; PIU Cavite PPO arrested Provincial Level MWP for Crime of Robbery; and three (3) other wanted person were arrested by Carmona MPS, Bacoor CPS and GMA MPS for Crime of Frustrated Homicide, violation of RA 9003, and Reckless Imprudence resulting to Homicide.

In the relentless campaign against wanted persons, one (1) MWP-Regional Level was collared by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape by the Intel operatives of Tagaytay CCPS. Bacoor CPS arrested two (2); one was arrested for the crime of Qualified theft, and one was arrested for violation of Child Rape under art. 266-A, par. 1 (d) in rel. to art. 266-B par. 5 of the RPC & Acts of lasciviousness under art. 336 of the RPC in rel. to sec. 5 (b) of RA 7610 & Lascivious Conduct under sec. 5 (b) of RA 7610 tagged as MWP-Rank no. 1 City Level while Noveleta MPS arrested one for Violation of Sec.11 and Sec.12 Art II of RA 9165.
In the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, a total of 10 individuals were arrested in 7 buy-bust operations and confiscated 18 pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia.

In Other incidents, Silang MPS arrested two, one was arrested for the crime of RIR Homicide, and one was arrested for RIR in Homicide and Damage to Property, while Imus CPS arrested one for violation of RA 8353 (sexual assault) in relation to RA 7610 (child abuse).

Through the continuous intensified campaign against illegal drugs, elements of the Cavite Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of four (4) suspects and the confiscation of 10 grams of illegal drugs with an estimated value of Php69,000.00.
Authorities identified the arrested suspects as Jake Buban, 29, a resident of Barangay Burol 1, Dasmariñas City; Serafin Mendoza, 37, a resident of Candelaria Quezon; Rhea Briones, 32, and Eduardo Suarez, 40, both resident of Datu Esmael, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

In the campaign against loose firearms, one individual was arrested in Rosario, Cavite for Violation of Republic Act 10591, and confiscation of one (1) unit of Cal.38 revolver loaded with three (3) live ammunition.
In 8 focus crimes, Indang MPS arrested three (3) individuals for violation of RA 10883 (Anti Carnapping Act), two (2) were arrested by kawit MPS and one (1) by Tanza MPS for Qualified Theft.

3 Regional Level Most Wanted and 49 Individuals Arrested in the Daily Anti-Criminality Ops

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia Imus City, Cavite - PCol Christopher F Olazo, Provincial Director, Cavite PPO, announced the arrest of three (3) regional most wanted persons and 49 individuals in the daily anti-criminality operation.
In the campaign against wanted person, Provincial Intelligence Unit – Cavite PPO arrested the regional most wanted person for violation of RA 9165; CIDG Cavite PFU arrested the regional level MWP for crime of Rape; General Trias City Police Station arrested the regional level for violation of RA 9165; and two (2) other wanted persons for crime of adultery; while Rosario Municipal Police Station arrested one other wanted person for attempted homicide.
In the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, five (5) individuals were arrested in three (3) buy-bust operations, along with 11 pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia.
In the campaign against illegal gambling, 38 individuals were arrested in 12 anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by Indang MPS, Dasmariñas CPS, Tagaytay CPS, General Trias CPS, PIU Cavite, Naic MPS, Alfonso MPS, Silang MPS, Trece Martires CPS, and Bacoor CPS after being caught in the act of playing and engaging in "Tong-its," “Cara y Cruz”, “Pool-Poker”, “Bet game”, “Billiards”, and “Mahjong”. 5M worth of Jewelries Stolen, Suspect Nabbed in a Follow-up Operation

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite - PCol Christopher F Olazo announced the arrest of suspect in a robbery incident that transpired on the afternoon of February 10, 2023 in Brgy. Panapaan 8, Bacoor City, Cavite.
PLTCOL Ruther Saquilayan, Acting Chief of Police of Bacoor City Police Station identified the suspect as James C Suresca, 28, a resident of Brgy. Pleasant Hills, Mandaluyong City.
Accordingly, the complainant alias Julie was looking for her ring in her bag and found out that it was missing. She also tried to check her other jewelry and discovered that they were all missing. This prompted her to check the CCTV footages which is installed in her house and saw that her household worker took and carted her valuables through entering the window.
Upon discovery, the complainant personally reported to the Bacoor City Police Station. In her statement, more or less 5 million worth of jewelries were stolen; 2 pcs. gold rings, 1 pc. ladies bracelet Chinese gold, 4 pcs. ladies bracelet, 1 pc. 24k ½ inch with bangle, 1 pc. ¼ inch with bangle, 1 pc. necklace with tiger pendant, 1 pc. flat necklace Italian gold, 1 pc. necklace with heart pendant, 1 pc. wedding ring, 1 set of earrings, ring, necklace & bangle design of cleopatra with diamonds, 1 pc. 18k gold men bracelet, 1 pc. 18k gold creolla earing and 1 pc. rosetas ring.
After a thorough verification made by the police officer, a follow up operation was launched by the Bacoor police and successfuly arrested the suspect in Brgy. Niog 3, Bacoor City, Cavite of same day at 6:00 PM. The authority able to recover 2 gold rings with an estimated cost of Php350,00.00. The suspect now under the custody of Bacoor City Police Station for proper disposition.

1 MWP Regional Level Collared, 31 Others Arrested in the Anti-Criminality Ops

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia Imus City- The Provincial Director of Cavite announced the arrest of one (1) Most Wanted Person-Regional Level and 31 others in the anti-criminality operation.
In the relentless campaign against wanted persons, one (1) MWP Regional Level was collared by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 by the Intel operatives of Dasmariñas CPS. Trece Martires CPS arrested one for Violation of Sec. 15, Art II of RA 9165 tagged as MWP Rank no. 10 Provincial level while Indang MPS arrested one for the crime of Rape tagged as Rank no. 6 Municipal level.
Three (3) other wanted persons were arrested for Violation of BP 22 and Violation of Sec. 15, Art II of RA 9165.
In the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, a total of seventeen 17 individuals were arrested in 15 buy-bust operations and confiscated 35 pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, five pieces of a plastic sachet containing dried leaves of suspected marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia.

3 Suspects in Robbery Arrested in a Hot Pursuit Operation

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite- PCOL Christopher F Olazo, the Provincial Director of Cavite Police Provincial Office announced the arrest of three (3) suspects in a robbery incident that transpired at Imperial Appliances, Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. Tanzang Luma, Imus City, Cavite on January 15, 2023 at 2:00 in the morning.
The Officer-In-Charge of Imus City Police Station PLTCOL Michael D Batoctoy identified the arrested suspects as Reynaldo Oliver Moncillo, 31, a resident of Brgy. Panapaan 5; Mark Serrano Gomez, 23, Brgy. Talaba 2, both construction worker; and Richard Cruz Sacramento, 43, garbage collector, a resident of Talaba 1, all from Bacoor City, Cavite.
A concerned citizen who witnessed the incident immediately reported personally to the personnel of Imus City Police Station who happened to be conducting mobile patrol along Aguinaldo Highway. Upon verification, the responding officers requested for dragnet and hot pursuit operation which resulted to the arrest of Moncillo in Zapote, Las Pinas City, Metro Manila and recovery of the stolen appliances while John Ivan Bituin Marcilla alias Laki, 27, a resident Pulang Lupa 1, Las Pinas City, Metro Manila manage to escaped.
Meanwhile, suspect Gomez and Sacramento were arrested in a separate hot pursuit operation after another witness reported to the authority that the said individuals were still in the vicinity of Imperial Appliances.
On the initial investigation, the suspects gained entry by cutting the padlock of the roll up of the establishments and stole two (2) units of flat screen TV and two (2) units of speaker with an estimated cost of Php70,000.00.
All suspects are now under the custody of Imus City Police Station and already filed a criminal case against them.

2.7M worth of Illegal Drugs Seized during the Arrest of 2 Suspects Involved in a Robbery Incident in Kawit

Cavite Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCol Christopher F Olazo, Provincial Director announced the arrest of another two suspects in a robbery incident which transpired at Dolls Saloon and Spa, RZG Building, Brgy. Magdal-Potol, Kawit, Cavite on January 8, 2023 at 3:35 in the morning wherein more or less one hundred thousand pesos (Php100,000.00) was stolen by the suspects.
Accordingly, the building owner @ Danny was able to arrest one of the robber identified as Mark Angelo Sto Domingo y Sto. Domingo, 22, a resident of Timog Ave., Scout Bodega, Quezon City while his cohort manage to escape using a get a way vehicle described as Blue Audi/Hatchback with plate number WNS 105.
Upon receipt of the information and confirmation of the veracity of the incident, PLtCol Freddie Dantes, Officer-In-Charge of Kawit Municipal Police Station made a coordination to the neighbouring provinces and city/municipal stations for dragnet operation and organized a tracker team for the possible arrest of the fleeing suspect after Sto Domingo revealed their identity and possible whereabouts.
A suspect identified as Nino Ramon Kotie y Bautista, 44, from Quezon City, served as driver of a get a way vehicle in the robbery incident was arrested at 4:15 PM in Brgy. Bunga, Tanza, Cavite after a flashed alarm sent to different police stations. The arresting officer was able to recover from the suspect one (1) cal. 9mm Armscor pistol with serial number 1485092 with one (1) magazine inserted containing four (4) live ammunition.
In a separate operation conducted by Kawit MPS at 8:20 in the evening of same date, a get-away vehicle as described was accosted at Lancaster New City, Brgy. Navarro, General Trias City while the another cohort of Sto Domingo ran inside the house (used as their safe house) and manage to escape, left the door unlocked which resulted to the arrest of Lovely NMN Luayon, female, 22, and Aljon Canlas Tongol, 31, both residents of the said Barangay. The operatives, while conducting searched, seized 42 pieces of transparent plastic containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 393.95 grams with street value of PHP2,718.255.00, several PNP uniforms (Field Service Uniform) Reflectorized Vest, seven (7) pieces cellular phone, four (4) pieces live ammunition, one piece (1) stainless magazine of caliber .45, seven (7) glass pipe/tube, and two (2) pieces lighter and different Identification Cards/documents believed that was owned by their previous victims.
The arrested suspects now under the custody of Kawit Municipal Police Station for proper disposition while the illegal drug evidence and confiscated firearm will be brought to Provincial Forensic Unit for examination.

In the campaign against illegal gambling, five (5) individuals were arrested, Imus CPS arrested three (3) for violation of RA 9287 and confiscated bet money amounting to Php800.00; Tanza MPS arrested two (2) for violation of RA 9287 and confiscated three (3) pieces tossing coins and bet a money amounting to Php162.00 in different denominations.
In the intensified campaign against wanted persons, 12 wanted persons were arrested, General Trias CPS arrested one (1) MWP (Regional Level) for the crime of Rape; one (1) Service of warrant of Arrest for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries; one (1) for Violation of Sec. 5 of RA 9262; GMA MPS arrested one (1) MWP for the crime of Frustrated Homicide; Cavite CPS arrested one (1) for Violation of Sec. 5 (i) of R.A. 9262; Trece Martires CPS arrested one (1) MWP (Regional Level) for the Crime of "Swindling (Estafa) (RPC Art.315 as amended by PD 1689); Mendez MPS arrested one (1) MWP (Top 1 Municipal Level) for the violation of Sec. 11, Art II of RA 9165; one (1) for the implementation of Search Warrant for Violation of RA 10591; Tagaytay CCPS arrested one (1) for Violation of BP Blg. 22 (16 counts); Imus CPS arrested one (1) for Violation of Section 11 Article II of RA9165; Tanza MPS arrested one (1) for Violation of BP 22; Kawit MPS arrested one (1) for the crime of Slight Physical Injuries; Silang MPS arrested one (1) for the violation of BP22.
In 8 focus crime, three (3) were arrested for the crime of Theft on December 16, 2022, 1:00 AM, at Brgy. Lumipa, Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite.

In line with the intensified campaign against wanted person of Cavite Police Provincial Office, the Kawit Municipal Police Station operatives in coordination with Basista MPS implemented a warrant of arrest against Dominic Bustarde y Quitlong, 22 years old, a resident Brgy. of Patacbo, Basista, Pangasinan issued by Hon. Janice L Andrade-Ubarde, Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Imus City, Cavite dated November 18, 2022 for the crime of Rape under Article 266-A 1(D) of the RPC and Rape by Sexual Assault in relation to Section 5(B) of RA 7610 under Criminal Cases No. 26373-22, 26374-22 and 26375. Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia,Imus City- Cavite PNP arrested a member of Uzman Drug Group in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. San Francisco General Trias City, Cavite on September 10, 2022. Joint operatives of Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) of Cavite Police Provincial Office led by PCAPT JOHN MARK PRESBITERO, Chief, PDEU, RDEU and General Trias City Police Station conducted a buy-bust operation with coordination to PDEA-4A under control number 10005-092022-0478 at about 11:45 in the evening of September 10, 2022 in Barangay San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite that resulted in the arrest of Lucman Alangadi y Sarip,alias “Kapatid”, 36 years old, married, vendor and a resident of Tropical village, Pabahay 2000, Brgy San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite, tagged as high value individual (HVI) and a member of Uzman Drug Group. Confiscated pieces of evidence during the operation were two (2) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected “shabu”, eight pieces of one thousand peso bill and one (1) piece of five hundred peso bill used as buy-bust money. The suspect after apprised of his constitutional rights brought to Camp BGen. Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite for proper investigation and will be subjected for physical/medical and drug examinations. In the campaign against illegal drugs, Nine (9) personalities were arrested in 6 buy-bust operations and confiscated a total of Twenty-five (25) pieces of a small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing a white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, 2 pieces of small heat-sealed plastic sachet and 1 big rolled plastic containing dried leaves suspected as marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.
In Campaign against wanted persons, 3 wanted person was arrested for the following Crime of estafa, Robbery, and Grave Coercion in Silang, Dasmariñas City, and Bacoor City.

In the campaign against illegal drugs, (11) eleven persons were arrested for violation of RA 9165 and confiscated 41 pieces of a small heat-sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, 9 pieces of Ziplock of dried leaves suspected as marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia.
In Cavite City, two (2) individuals were arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Attempted Homicide; one (1) was Arrested for Reckless Imprudence resulting in Damage to property in Tanza; and One (1) wanted person was arrested for Violation of RA 9165 in Ternate, Cavite.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City- Cavite Police Provincial Office headed by PCOL ARNOLD E ABAD, Provincial Director arrested 199 individuals on its intensified weeklong anti-crime drive operation conducted from May 23-29, 2022 with significant results.
In the campaign against illegal drugs, one hundred eight (108) drug personalities were arrested in buy-bust operations and confiscated 229 pieces of small and two pieces medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, four pieces (4) of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing dried leaves suspected as marijuana, drug money, and other drug paraphernalia.
In the campaign against wanted persons, thirty-two (32) persons were nabbed by virtue of a warrant of arrest, seven of whom are included in the list of Most Wanted Persons (Regional, Provincial, City & Municipal Level) while twenty-five others were involved in various crimes.
Cavite Police also collared 33 suspects for involvement in various crime incidents.

Police operatives confiscated four (4) pieces of fighting cocks, four (4) pieces of gaffs “tari” and cash amounting to Php 15,350.00 as bet money.
In the campaign against illegal drugs, three (3) individuals were arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by Cavite PNP and confiscated 11 pieces of small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets (HSTPS) containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu and other drug paraphernalia.

In the campaign against wanted persons, thirty-four (34) persons were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest which includes four (4) Most Wanted Persons in CALABARZON (Regional Level) Ranked Nr. 4 for the crime of Statutory Rape; Ranked Nr. 9 for the crime of Rape; Ranked Nr 15 and Ranked Nr. 19 for the crime of Murder while another Most Wanted Person in Cavite (Provincial Level) was arrested for the crime of Rape in Bacoor City.
In the campaign against illegal gambling, twenty-three (23) individuals were arrested while playing illegal coins games “Cara y Cruz”, illegal card games “Tong-its” and Poker Games. Police confiscated cash money amounting to Php 4,170.00 in different denominations as bet money.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite – Cavite Police Provincial Office arrested 22 individuals in Daily Anti-Criminality Drive and 2,530 Quarantine Violators were recorded over the last 24 hours. In the campaign against illegal drugs, twelve (12) individuals were arrested in seven (7) buy-busts and one (1) other drug related operation and likewise confiscated 25 pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, 5 pieces SHTPS containing dried leaves suspected as Marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia. In the campaign against wanted persons, four (4) persons were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest which includes Ranked Nr. 9 in CALABARZON (Regional Level) for the crime of Rape under through Sexual Assault RPC; Violation of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) in Dasmariñas City and Bacoor City; and Violation of BP 22 (Bouncing Checks) in Tanza. In other crime incidents, six (6) suspects were arrested for the crime of Physical Injuries in Cavite City; and Theft incident in Dasmariñas City, General Trias City, and Naic, Cavite. In the implementation of Community Quarantine, a total of 2,530 violators were recorded for Violation of No Face Mask, Improper Wearing of Facemask, Social Distancing, and Curfew Hours. Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia,Imus City- Cavite Police arrested 29 individuals on its daily anti- criminality operations provincewide and recorded of 2,439 Minimum Public Health Standards (MPHS) protocol violators. In the campaign against illegal drugs, twenty-three (23) personalities were arrested in nine (9) buy bust operations and confiscated more or less 35 grams and 27 pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, drug money and other drug paraphernalia. In the campaign against wanted persons, five (5) persons were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest including the Most Wanted Person tagged as Ranked No 1 Municipal Level (Manhunt Charlie) for Violation of Republic Act 9208 as amended by RA 10364 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003) In other crime incident, one (1) individual was arrested for the crime of theft in Bacoor City, Cavite. A total of 2,439 MPHS protocol violators recorded for not wearing facemask, improper wearing of facemask, for violation of curfew hours, and not observing social distancing. MOST WANTED PERSON IN CALABARZON, ARRESTED

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite – Most Wanted Person Ranked Nr. 5 in CALABARZON (Regional Level) was arrested in Brgy San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite yesterday evening, March 6, 2022. The accused was identified as ROMPHEL BIGTAS y FLORES, 36 years old, male, single, construction worker, and presently residing in Brgy Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite. According to the report, at around 11:26 in the evening of March 6, 2022, Bigtas was arrested in a joint operation by elements of Trece Martires City PNP and Rosario PNP by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by HON. ROWENA R. MOJARES-AREVALO, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 17, Cavite City for the crime of 2 Counts of RAPE docketed under Criminal Case No. 1299-2021 and 1300-2021 with NO Bail recommended. MOST WANTED PERSON IN NORTHERN SAMAR PROVINCE ARRESTED IN CAVITE

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite- Police authorities nabbed the Rank No. 15 Most Wanted Person- Provincial level (Northern Samar) at Brgy. San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite at around 12:30 PM of February 6, 2022. PCOL ARNOLD E ABAD, Provincial Director properly identified the suspect as Jino Morato Loberiano 21 years old, construction worker, a native of Catarman, Northern Samar and a resident of Sunny Brooke 2, Barangay San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite. According to the report, operatives of Kawit Municipal Police Station led by PLT MARK ANTHONY A ENGLATIERA together with warrant personnel of General Trias City Police Station conducted a joint operation against the accused that resulted in his arrest by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Armado L. Rosadiño, Acting Judge of RTC, Branch 19, Catarman, Northern Samar for the crime of Murder with Criminal Case No. 7786 with no bail recommended. “I urged my men to continue our commitment to serve Caviteños with utmost dedication in the fight against all forms of criminalities” PCOL ABAD said. VIOLATORS IN DAILY ANTI-CRIMINALITY DRIVE

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite- Cavite Police arrested 37 individuals in their Daily Anti-Criminality Operations and recorded 3,545 Minimum Public Health Standards Protocols violators.
Cavite PNP arrests fourteen (14) individuals in seven (7) buy-bust and one (1) other drug related operations in Dasmariñas City, General Trias City, GMA, Rosario, and Alfonso, Cavite. Confiscated pieces of evidence were 31 pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, drug money and other drug paraphernalia.
Nine (9) wanted persons were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest including one (1) who was tagged as Rank No. 4 Municipal Level (Manhunt Charlie) for Violation of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection against Child Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination). The eight ( other wanted persons were for Violation of Sec 22 (a) in relation to sec 22 (d) and (e) of RA 1161 as amended by RA 8282 (Social Security System Law of 1997), for Violation of 315 of the Revised Penal Code, for Violation of RA 9165, for Violation BP 22, and for the crime of Estafa.
In anti-illegal gambling operations, seven (7) individuals were arrested while engaged in “Loteng” in Trece Martires City and “Bingo” in Cavite City. Police confiscated cash money amounting to Php 530.00 as bet money.
Seven (7) other suspects were arrested for the crime of Trespass to Dwelling, and Violation of PD 1612 (Anti-Fencing Law) in Bacoor City, Resistance and Disobedience upon an Agent of person in Authority, Violation of RA 4136 in General Trias City, Physical Injury, Trespass to Dwelling, and Malicious Mischief in Magallanes, and for mauling in Dasmariñas City.
In 3,545 Minimum Public Health Standards Protocol violators reported, 1,313 of them have no face masks; 1,903 wore improper face masks; 141 violated the social distancing; and 188 violated the curfew hours.

CAVITE PPO Arrest 88 Drug Personalities, 38 Wanted Persons and 7 Illegal Gambling in SACLEO
Cavite Police Provincial Director, Police Colonel MARLON R SANTOS reported to CALABARZON Regional Director, Police Brigadier General VICENTE DANAO on the arrest of 88 drug personalities out of fifty-three (55) operations conducted during the three day Simultaneous Anti-criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) from December 13-15, 2019.
