Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite — Through the intensified intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Mendez Municipal Police Station, Top 1 Most Wanted Person – Municipal Level was arrested in Poblacion 6, Mendez, Cavite, on September 19, 2023.
The Officer-In-Charge of Mendez MPS, PCPT NORMAN C CATSAO, identified the suspect as alias “Lyn” resident of Poblacion 6, Mendez, Cavite, wanted for the crime of Estafa under Art. 315 par. 1 (B) of the Revised Penal Code.
After close monitoring and surveillance, Lyn was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Estafa under Art. 315 par. 1 (B) of the Revised Penal Code under Criminal Case no. M-835-21, issued by 3rd Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Indang-Mendez Nuñez, Indang, Cavite, with bail recommended of Php 18,000.00.
The suspect is now under the custody of Mendez MPS for documentation and proper disposition.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite — Through the intensified intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Dasmariñas City Police Station, a Rank no. 9 Most Wanted Person-Provincial Level was arrested in Brgy. San Agustin 3, Dasmariñas City, Cavite on August 21, 2023.
The Officer-In-Charge of Dasmariñas City Police Station, PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, identified the suspect as Lean John Velasco y De Jesus, 26 years old, and currently residing at Brgy. San Agustin 3, Dasmariñas City, Cavite wanted for Violation of Sec 11 of RA 9165.
After close monitoring and surveillance, Velasco was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec 11 of RA 9165 under Criminal Case No. DC-13805-23, issued by Branch 128, Regional Trial Court, Dasmariñas City with a Bail Recommended of Php200,000.00.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite — Through the intensified joint intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Provincial Intelligence Unit Cavite PPO and Bacoor City Police Station, a Most Wanted Person-Regional Level was arrested in Brgy. Queens Row West, Bacoor City, Cavite on August 19, 2023.
The Chief of Provincial Intelligence Unit, PLTCOL MARLON SOLERO, identified the suspect as Joel Evangelista y Okbina, 26 yrs old, and resident of Brgy. Queensrow West, Bacoor City, Cavite wanted for Violation of RA 9165.
After close monitoring and surveillance, Evangelista was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 9165 under Criminal Case No. B-2020-434 issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 113, Baccor City, Cavite with no recommended bail.
The suspect is now under the custody of Bacoor City Police station for documentation and proper disposition.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite — Through the intensified intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Imus CPS, a Rank 3 Most Wanted Person-City Level was arrested on August 16, 2023, at Brgy. Malagasang 1C, Imus City, Cavite.
The Officer-In-Charge of Imus City Police Station, PLTCOL JACK ECHMAN ANGOG, identified the suspect as Keith Merwin Olivarez y Del Rosario, 39 years old and presently residing at Barangay Malagasang 1G, Imus City, Cavite, Wanted for the Violation of Section 5 and Section 11 Article II of RA 9165.
After close monitoring and surveillance, Olivarez was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the Violation of Section 5 and Section 11 Article II of RA 9165 under Criminal Case 17677-17 & 17678-17, issued by Fourth Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 21, Imus City, with NO bail recommended.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite — Through the intensified intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Cavite PIU- PSOG together with GMA MPS, a Most Wanted Person-Provincial Level was arrested on August 11, 2023, GMA MPS Custodial Facility at Brgy. Poblacion, GMA Cavite.
The Officer-In-Charge of GMA Municipal Police Station, PLTCOL RANDY C OLIQUINO, identified the suspect as Jaime Crist Camerino y Ong Alias Jaime Ong y Cris, 32 years old and presently residing at Brgy. Anabu 2-D, Imus City Cavite wanted for the Crime of Robbery with violence against or intimidation of person.
After close monitoring and surveillance, Camerino was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Robbery with violence against or intimidation of person under Criminal Case No. TMCR-444-23, issued by RTC Branch 131 Trece Martires City Cavite with Php100,000.00 bail recommended.

Suspect in Murder Incident arrested by the elements of Alfonso MPS.
Alfonso Municipal Police Station intensified its anti-criminality campaign in line with the Cavite PPO “Sagot Ko, Kaligtasan Mo!” to guarantee the safety and security of the community and the general public through its active participation.
Tracker team of Alfonso MPS led by PMAJ ROBERT S DIMAPILIS, OIC conducted manhunt operation against the suspect in Murder Incident transpired on August 3, 2023 at Brgy. Poblacion 3, Alfonso, Cavite that resulted to the demise of victim one (1) Allan Mojica Dimapilis.
On August 5, 2023 at 05:00 PM relentless follow up operation conducted that resulted to identification and arrest of the suspect at Brgy. Matagbak 1, Alfonso, Cavite.
Further, recovered from the suspect are the red jacket hood, color blue shorts with suspected blood stain and one (1) unit of cellular phone I-phone XR.
Criminal complaint for the crime of MURDER was filed by this office against the suspect before the Office of Provincial Prosecutors, Imus City, Cavite.
Alfonso Municipal Police Station sustained its anti-criminality operation for the safety and security of the community and the general public with the active participation of the constituent/stakeholder.

Bacoor City PNP nabbed four High-Value Individuals, 448K worth of Shabu seized

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City- PCol Christopher F Olazo announced the arrest of the four High-Value Individuals and confiscation of more or less 65 grams of suspected illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation launched by the Bacoor City Police Station in Brgy Zapote 4, Bacoor City, Cavite at around 1:00 AM of July 21, 2023.
PLtCol Jesson V Bombasi, Officer-in-Charge, Bacoor CPS identified the suspects as Jalil Omar y Macuyag, 21, resident of Brgy. Zapote 1, Bacoor City, Cavite; Lourie Anthony Lorenzo y Bautista Alias “L.A”, 37; Kenneth cristobal Y Leynes, 33; and Criselda Nagal y Picet, 43, all residents of Brgy. Ligas 1, Bacoor City, Cavite.
Suspects were apprehended after they were caught in the act of selling shabu to a police officer who acted as a poseur buyer. Seized from the suspects ; (1) one piece of one thousand peso bill; Brown pouch containing cash amounting to 500 pesos; digital weighing scale; scissors; two (2) pieces of cellular phone; white cotton pouch; and seven (7) pieces of HTSPS containing suspected as shabu more or less 65 grams with DDB value of Php448,500.00.
The arrested suspects were brought to Bacoor CPS Custodial Center for detention and proper disposition while the drug evidence was turned over to the Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit for laboratory examination.

The Officer-in-Charge of Bacoor City Police Station, PLtCol Jesson V Bombasi, identified the suspect as Eliezar Roble y Baya, 44 years old and a resident of Brgy. San Nicolas 1, Bacoor City, Cavite wanted for the crime of Qualified Theft.
After close monitoring and surveillance, Roble was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Qualified Theft under Criminal Case Number B-2016-773 issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 89, Bacoor City, Cavite with no bail recommended.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City- PCol Christopher F Olazo announced the arrest of the two High-Value Individuals and confiscation of more or less 25 grams of suspected illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation launched by the Bacoor City Police Station in Brgy. Zapote 5, Bacoor City, Cavite at around 5:15 AM of July 19, 2023.
PLtCol Jesson V Bombasi, Officer-in-Charge, Bacoor CPS identified the suspects as Mark Vincent Constantino, 36, and Ma. Lolita Gardon, 47 both residents of Brgy. Zapote 5, Bacoor Cavite.
Suspects were apprehended after they were caught in the act of selling shabu to a police officer who acted as a poseur buyer. Seized from the suspects were five (5) pieces HSTPS containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu weighing more or less 25 grams with DDB street value of Php172,500.00
The arrested suspects were brought to Bacoor CPS Custodial Center for detention and proper disposition while the drug evidence was turned over to the Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit for laboratory examination.

The Chief of Police of General Trias CPS, PLTCOL Jose O Naparato Jr., identified the suspect as Ma. Imelda Pagtakhan y Mendoza, 57 years old, resident of Brgy. San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite, wanted for the crime of Anti-trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 (Sec. 4 (J) in Rel. to Sec. 4-a of RA 9208 as amended by RA 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Person Act of 2012) Attempted Trafficking in persons.
After close monitoring and surveillance, the suspect was arrested through the police operation of General Trias CPS. Pagtakhan was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Anti-trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 (Sec. 4 (J) in Rel. to Sec. 4-a of RA 9208 as amended by RA 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Person Act of 2012) Attempted Trafficking in persons under Criminal Case Number R-PSY-23-00570-CR, R-PSY-23-00571-CR, R-PSY-23-00572-CR, R-PSY-23-00573-CR issued by Hon. Elenita Carlos Dimaguila, Presiding Judge at Regional Trial Court, National Capital Region, Branch 298, Pasay City with Php 150,000.00 bail recommended for each case and not bailable for Illegal Recruitment in Large Scale.
The suspect is now under the custody of General Trias CPS for documentation and proper disposition.

A suspect as well as a police officer were both wounded in an armed confrontation.
Date: June 12, 2023
Camp BGen Pantalron Garcia, Imus City, Cavite: As part of the intelligence driven by Bacoor City Police Station against illegal drugs and other criminality, an armed encounter occurred today, June 11, 2023, at around 2:30 in the afternoon in Brgy. Zapote 2, Bacoor City, Cavite, wherein one suspect and a police officer were both wounded.
Bacoor City Police Station received a call reporting that there was a person carrying a short firearm in their barangay. Under the supervision of PltCol Jesson Bombasi, the Officer-In-Charge dispatched a responding team to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival, a certain Eugene Palicpic drew his firearm and shot the operating team, hitting the right chest and arm of Pat Mark Paolo Quizon. In self-defense, the law enforcers fired back, hitting the right arm of Palicpic, who was able to run away with his cohort, identified as Alberto Cezar. The operating troops conducted a hot pursuit operation against the two fleeing suspects, which resulted in the apprehension of Eugene Palicpic while Cezar managed to escape.
To ensure a thorough investigation, the Provincial Forensic Unit was requested to process the crime scene and was able to recover the following:
One (1) unit of Caliber.45 with serial number 1546340;
Two (2) pieces of cal. 45 fired cartridge case;
Seven (7) pieces of 9mm fired cartridge case;
Three (3) pieces fired deformed bullets;
Two (2) pieces of metallic fragment;
One (1) piece of transparent plastic containing more or less 12 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of more or less Php81,600.00 pesos;
One (1) piece of glass pipe; and
One-piece syringes were confiscated.
The Bacoor City Police Station is currently conducting a hot pursuit operation to locate the whereabouts of fleeing suspect Alberto Cezar and effect arrest, while Palicpic was brought to Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, Brgy. Habay II, Bacoor City, and Pat Quizon, who also sustained a gunshot wound, was brought to St. Dominic Medical Hospital, Molino Boulivard, Bacoor City, for medical treatment. They are bot in stable condition.
PBGEn Carlito M. Gaces, Regional Director of PRO4A, lauded the swift action taken by the Cavite Police, which resulted in the successful arrest of the suspect. We are committed to conducting a thorough investigation into this incident and bringing the perpetrators to justice. The safety and security of our community members, as well as the welfare of our PNP personnel, remain our top priorities.

Regional Level-Most Wanted Person Nabbed in Tanza, Cavite

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite — Through the intensified intelligence-driven operation of the police operatives of Tanza Municipal Police Station, a Regional Level Most Wanted Person was arrested on June 02, 2023, in Brgy. Daang Amaya 1, Tanza, Cavite.
The Officer-In-Charge of Tanza MPS, PMAJ Dennis A Villanueva, identified the suspect as Diosdado Pitagan y Bioborda, 61 years old and resident of Brgy. Bunga, Tanza, Cavite, wanted for the crime of Murder/Frustrated Murder.
After close monitoring and surveillance, the suspect was arrested through the police operation of Tanza MPS. Pitagan was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder/Frustrated Murder under Criminal Case Number TMCR-116-15, TMCR-117-15 issued by RTC, 4th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Trece Martires City Cavite, with No bail and two hundred thousand pesos (Php200,000.00) bail recommended.
The suspect is now under the custody of Tanza MPS for documentation and proper disposition.

1 MWP Provincial Level Collared, 53 Individuals arrested in the Daily Anti-Criminality Ops

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite - PCol Christopher F Olazo, Provincial Director, Cavite PPO announced the arrest of 1 MWP Provincial Level and 53 individuals in the daily anti-criminality operations.
In the intensified campaign against illegal drugs, 22 personalities were arrested in 10 buy-bust operations conducted. Police operatives confiscated 44 pieces of a plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia.
In the campaign against Wanted Persons, one (1) Most Wanted Person Provincial Level was arrested by Dasmariñas CPS for the crime of Homicide while four (4) other wanted persons were arrested for the crime of Qualified Theft, RA 9165 and Less Serious Physical Injuries.
In the campaign against illegal gambling, twenty-two (22) were arrested while engaging in “Cara y Cruz, Mahjong and Tong-its.” Operatives confiscated three (3) decks of playing cards, six (6) pieces of one peso coin, two (2) sets of Mahjong tiles, one piece of marker, and bet money amounting to Php3,525.00 pesos.
In eight focus crimes and other incidents, five (5) individuals were arrested. Bacoor CCPS arrested two (2) for the crime of Trespass to Dwelling and RIR resulting in Damages of Property and Physical Injury; Tanza MPS arrested one (1) for RIR Serious Physical Injury; Naic MPS arrested two (2) for the crime of Adultery and Kawit MPS arrested one (1) for Unjust Vexation.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite—PCol Christopher F Olazo, Provincial Director, announces the arrest of four individuals in a buy-bust operation and confiscation of more or less 380 grams of suspected illegal drugs conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit of Bacoor City Police Station in Brgy. Molino 2, Bacoor City, Cavite on the evening of May 12, 2023.
The Acting Chief of Police of Bacoor City Police Station, PLTCOL Ruther Saquilayan identified the suspects as George Castor, 54 , resident of Brgy Molino 3; Jerome Gacayan, 35 y/o, resident of Brgy Molino 1; Jefferson Molano, 36, single, and Roberto Marinduque, 54, both were resident of Brgy Molino 2, Bacoor City, Cavite.
Confiscated in the possession of the suspect were more or less 380 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of Php2,622,000.00 pesos including the non-drug evidence: one (1) piece of 1000 peso genuine bill used as buy-bust money, one (1) red eco bag, and one (1) cellular phone.
The arrested suspect was brought to Bacoor CPS for proper disposition while the illegal drugs and non-drug evidence will be turned-over to Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit for examination.
